5 Reasons it’s Time for a Colon Clense

Posted by admin

If you’ve been putting your colon on the back burner or just wished your intestines were never a part of your body, it’s time to start paying attention and give them the love they deserve. If you need a reason why you should have a colon clense and take better care, here are some fun facts you’re going to love.

  1. Parasites in the Colon - A leading national survey suggests that 1 in every 6 people in the US alone have parasites living in their intestines. This comes to be roughly 50 milliong people. How do you know if you have them? You generally don’t until you have an infestation that compromises your health with symptoms. According to Dr. Omar M. Amin, Ph.D, author on the topic of parasites and founder of the Parasitology Center in Tempe, AZ, parasites can cause a number of health complications such as irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut syndrome, chronic fatigue, allergies, ulcerative colitis among several other. Along with a good colon clense and parasite deterrents, these unwanted pests can be eliminated. Below are some links to amazing videos of what some of these little critters look like. Yes, a bit graphic.

  2. Colon Cancer Prevention – just like your home, your colon can use some spring cleaning. With a colon friendly healthy diet, a colonoscopy and a colon clense, your risk can be greatly reduced. If you’ve never seen what colon cancer actually looks like, just follow this link and take sneak peak inside someone’s colon.
  3. Clear Toxic Residue in the Colon – it is said that the health of your colon affects the health of your entire body. If your colon is backed up with toxins, it can affect other parts of your body with symptoms of acne, constipation and diarrhea to name a few.
  4. Hemorrhoids Prevention – a detoxifying colon clense along with a healthy diet will greatly reduce the chances of getting painful internal and external hemorrhoids.
  5. Relieve Indigestion and Bloating – Clear your colon with a colon clense and start with a fresh clean colon. Add to it a diet that promotes better digestion and your over all health should improve dramatically.

Don’t under estimate the importance of a healthy colon. Believe me, I’d rather not have to think about how many bowel movements I’ve had today, but it’s better than thinking about how many parasites are crawling around because I haven’t done anything to prevent them. So, get to cleansing that colon, have a cleansing party, round up your co-workers, do what ever you need to do to get rid of the poo!

Diet Cleanse

Posted by admin

Did you know a diet cleanse or colon clense can save your life? Colon clense and performing a diet cleanse can help prevent colon cancer.

While the true reasons why cancer attacks the colon is still a little unclear, proper maintenance with a diet cleanse colon clense can help lessen stoppages and areas for cancer cells to accumulate.

Todays packaged foods, fast foods and basically the crap (no pun intended) we eat has causes our colons to pack up with deposits that can stay there forever. Meats, gummy foods and the like get clogged up after years and years of eating. Over the times, such material starts getting accumulated onto the intestinal walls and then the literally coat the entire gastrointestinal tract. It then alters the digestion and so the absorption and assimilation. Metabolism, on the other hand, is also highly affected. The microorganisms start growing within the intestines and these all might lead to colon cancer.

A diet cleanse is a proper way to start the cleaning out of the intestines to prevent colon cancer. Colon clense or colon cleansing can help decrease the effects of these stored up deposits in your intestines.

Eliminates Bacteria

When the wasteful materials are not being eliminated, it then turns putrid and becomes a breeding ground for microorganisms. The bacteria, viruses and parasites can then again get absorbed into the bloodstream that can cause various health ailments and possibly cancer. Internal Colon Cleansing can help get rid of these bacteria.

Eliminates toxins

Toxins can be in any form; for instance, eating high calorie foods and/or fermented foods take time to get digest and then their period of stay in the intestines is prolonged and when they stay for a longer period, they produce toxins. Such toxins are also triggering factors that can give rise to colonic cancer. Home Colon cleansing can flush away such toxins and helps preventing them to remain in the system where they might cause harm and lead to colon cancer or any other intestinal disease.

Eliminates mucous plugs

The bowels cannot properly excrete the wasteful materials when thick mucous has clogged-up onto the walls. A diet cleanse or colon clense can help reduce this effect. There are several home colon cleanse products available to promote colon health. Check back and we will write about how to colon clense in another blog post

Colon Cleans Options

If you’ve read “Five Reasons it’s Time for a Colon Cleans” and are ready to commit to doing it, but don’t know which type of colon cleans is right for you, here is an overview of the different types of colon cleansing methods to help you decide.

Colonic Irrigations – A colonic, or colon hydro therapy, is the practice of inserting a tube into the anus and flushing the colon with water. This process is done in about one to one and a half hours and generally in a clinic.

The advantage of this procedure is that it removes blockage quickly. The disadvantage is that this is an invasive and slightly uncomfortable undertaking. Also, inserting water in the colon can stretch and possibly tear the lining. It does not excrete all of the toxins and mucous and each procedure is approximately $100 - $250, quite costly

Enemas – There are several types of enemas on the market but they mostly only take care of the lower part of the intestines and rectum. They can be quite uncomfortable and don’t cleanse the entire colon. In fact, only the rectum benefits from this treatment.

Oxygen Based Cleans - Ozonated magnesium oxide is the main ingredient in oxygen based colon cleanses. This product is said to “melt” away unwanted fecal matter into a liquid or gas. Again, several types of oxygen based colon cleansing products are on the market, some containing better quality ingredients than others.

Laxatives – Laxatives are not designed to cleans the colon. They are only effective to stop blockage by softening the stool and should be the last consideration and as a temporary solution. There are several different types of laxatives, some harsher than others. If you take medications, Laxatives can interfere with absorption.

Herbal/Dietary Cleans – Herbal colon cleanses are fiber based and taken orally. This non invasive natural way to clear your bowels is readily available and generally does not require having to be close to a bathroom at all times. Be aware of the unnecessary additives and fillers some of these products contain.

Unfortunately, none of these colon cleans options address yet another unpleasant fact, intestinal parasites, which is said to affect 1 out of 6 people. To learn more about colon cleanses and intestinal parasites in detail please see our article on parasites.
